Animo is a stationery brand designed to spark joy and creativity in everyday life. Blending playful design with functional simplicity, it inspires self-expression and brings delight to daily moments, catering to individuals who value thoughtful craftsmanship and aesthetic charm.
Designing the Animo e-commerce website was about striking a balance between a playful and neubrutalist aesthetic and a seamless, intuitive shopping experience. My goal was to create a website that feels as thoughtful and charming as the products it offers. Features include hover-based microinteractions to streamline product browsing, intuitive search and filter tools, and express checkout for a smoother path to purchase.

Animo was designed with two key personas in mind. Emi is an artist who uses stationery to fuel her artistic practice and collects stationery items as a hobby. Isaiah is a project manager who needs to be able to quickly find items that are both practical and stylish for his busy lifestyle.
